Custom Printed Pennant Strings

Quality Banner Company has specialized in custom printed pennant strings since its inception in 1991. It seems pretty simple... you take a generic pennant string and print a logo on each pennant, right? Well, in actuality it is not that simple at all. One of four different printing processes will be employed to complete your project; flexography, the most economical process is used for very long runs where single side printing is required and budget is paramount, screen printing is used for shorter runs where single or two sided printing is required, and we typically use Lithography when high resolution four color process printing and/or foil embossing is required along with one or two sided printing and/or special die cut shapes. The fourth and most recent option is our 3150 flatbed digital printing press which allows us to get to press cost effectively and quickly to print complex high resolution full color graphics on one or two sided pennants and later convert these into custom shapes using our digital die cutting capability.
