Flatbed Printing

The "Ferrari" of flatbeds. Our giant 5'x10' flatbed digital printing press with integral vacuum bed is designed to print spectacular full color graphics directly to a variety of rigid and flexible substrates, including coroplast, foamcore, Sintra, Alumacore, MDO, ceiling tiles, magnetic sheeting, drop ceiling tiles, light diffusers and even glass or mirrors, all at previously unheard of rates. Our 5’x10’ flatbed press incorporates a vacuum bed designed to hold the substrate precisely in place while its 48 Spectra print heads go to work on virtually any substrate up to 2" thick to print stunning full color images at extremely high speeds. While there are a number of companies out there with rigid substrate printing capability, few will be able to match the lightning fast, high-resolution, quick-turn capability of the fully production worthy Jeti 3150 workhorse.
