QUALITY BANNER COMPANY INSTALLS ATC CYCLONE LIQUID LAMINATOR

OCALA, FL. (MAY 16th, 2010) – This month Quality Banner Company adds liquid lamination to its production portfolio. The ATC cyclone liquid coating machine can handle all width materials up to 60” widths and up to 3” thick.

Adding the ability to liquid laminate to our product offerings gives Quality Banner the ability to offer customers a laminate option, giving the print piece a high end gloss look, increased UV fade resistance and increased abrasion resistance.

The Cyclone Liquid Laminator is Manufactured by Alliance Technology Corporation in Ridgely Maryland.

QUALITY BANNER COMPANY INSTALLS UV DIGITAL FLATBED PRINTER

OCALA, FL. (AUGUST 18th, 2008) – This month Quality Banner Company is proud to announce the installation of a JetI 3150 x-2 UV flatbed printer manufactured by Gandi Innovations. The Jeti 3150 x-2 UV true flatbed printer featuring 48 Spectra print heads provides high-speed graphics with six-color digital UV print. The true flatbed table using linear motion to control movement ensures perfect registration on rigid and flexible materials. A strong sectional vacuum table holds virtually any rigid material in place up to 2 inch thickness. The Jeti 3150 X-2 UV TRUE Flatbed is the complete package of speed, quality and versatility.

QUALITY BANNER COMPANY FIRST IN U.S. TO INSTALL JET-I 3324 AQUAJET TEXTILE PRESS

OCALA, FL. (May 16th, 2008) – The first U.S. installation of the JET-I 3324 AquaJet textile printer takes place this week at Quality Banner Co., Ocala, FL. The AquaJet is the first 10.5’-wide dye sublimation printer of its kind. Using specially formulated, water-based dye dispersion inks that allow printing direct to any polyester base fabric. The AquaJet features full color true 400 DPI resolution giving photo realistic images that can compete with any high-resolution printer in the market but at unparalleled production speeds.

QUALITY BANNER COMPANY ENTERS GRAND FORMAT DIGITAL PRINTING BUSINESS

OCALA, FL. (JUNE 13th, 2003) – This month Quality Banner Company of Ocala, Florida enters the grand format printing industry with the addition of their first 126” roll-to-roll grand format printer. The Jeti 3312 solvent roll-to-roll printer is unquestionably the premier large format inkjet printer in the market today capable of production speeds far greater than any other ink jet printer on the market.
