About Us

Quality Banner Company was founded in 1991 in Ocala, Florida in an 800-square-foot warehouse. Its original focus with its two employees was the manufacture and distribution of economical advertising display items such as pennant strings and streamers. Since then, by combining many innovative products, marketing and management techniques, and a knowledgeable and professional customer service group, Quality Banner Co. has methodically built itself into one of the premier full line advertising display manufacturers in the United States.

Today Quality Banner's workforce numbers in the 50s with 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space. While we still produce virtually all of our original "low tech" core advertising display products, in recent years we have complemented those with a wide array of synergistic products, many of which are produced with the latest state of the art high output digital imaging, digital die cutting and automated converting equipment.

Some of the equipment in our 45,000-square-foot facility includes:
• Three 10½-foot-wide, roll-to-roll, six color process digital printers and one 16-foot-wide “Lightning Fast” 8 color process UV digital printer all are designed to print flexible substrates such as reinforced vinyl sheeting for banners, billboards, trade show graphics, building murals, and pressure sensitive vinyl.
• Two giant 4'x8' 4-color process High Resolution (bordering on litho quality) flatbed digital printing printers that print spectacular full color graphics directly to a variety of rigid and flexible substrates including: coroplast, foamcore, Sintra, Alumacore.
• Two AquaJet Direct to Textile digital printers capable of imaging Eco-Friendly water based Dispersed Dye directly to fabric for stunning Flags, Banners, Table throws and Pop-Up displays.

Our plateless and screenless on demand digital ink jet printing processes mean less make-ready time and consequently quicker turnaround times for our customers. Furthermore, full color pre-production proofs for long color-critical runs are produced with ease to further assure our customers of the fastest most error-free multi-substrate grand format digital printing service available.
